A little while ago I was fortunate enough to attend the Plus London 2 bloggers' meet.  I had a super time and really enjoyed meeting fellow bloggers as well as having the chance to speak to the retailers who were there.


I was particularly excited to meet the ladies from Elomi Lingerie as this was a brand I had heard a lot about but never tried before.  I knew that they aimed their ranges at women with fuller figures but I was concerned that everything available would be too full-coverage and mumsy for me.  I was also not convinced that their bras would be able to give me sufficient comfort and support, as well as making me look and feel great.  How wrong I was!

Plus London Two

A few weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to attend an event in London for bloggers called Plus London Two.  As the name suggests, this is the second such event, with the first being held last year before my blog had been born.


I went along with my friends Mhairi and Kathryn who I had met up with earlier at Anna Scholz's studio.  Both ladies had to first of all take part in the fashion show so while they went to prepare I had time to talk to some of the other bloggers and sponsors at the event, including the always gorgeous Charlotte from Simply Be, Wendy who provided the cupcakes enjoyed by us all (one of which ended up being my lunch for the day (at 8.30pm!) - and very delicious it was too), and several others.

I am a very lucky girl.  Over the past few weeks I have got to meet some fabulous people and gone on some terrific adventures, all thanks to my lil' ol' blog.  Who'd have thought it.


One of my favourite adventures is the day I went to Anna Scholz's studio in London and tried on lots of her lovely designs.  It was all down to the Plus London Two organisers - huge thanks to them for organising this - who arranged for us to go to Anna's studio on the afternoon of the main meet, which was held in the evening.
