Ewa Michalak S Przeplatanki Bra 32LL and 34L
Strappy harness bras have been around for quite some time now, but there are very few full busted brands who have embraced this trend. Thankfully Polish lingerie brand Ewa Michalak is a trailblazer and they brought out their own version late last year: the S Przeplatanki.

Ewa Michalak FB Tęczowe Bra 34KK/75KK
Polish lingerie brand Ewa Michalak recently brought out a new design of bra: the FB style. It's made exclusively for ladies with particularly large busts, going from a band size 32/70 all the way up to (amazingly) 60/140, with UK based cup sizes - band dependent - from D to P. Despite being very happy with the S and PL bras I wear, I was very keen to try this new style as a lot of my readers have asked me for my feedback on it. I approached the team at Ewa Michalak and they kindly agreed to send me the FB Tęczowe Bra.

Ewa Michalak S Granatowa Pantera Bra 34L/75L and Thong 20/48
Animal print - what's not to like? Ok, so maybe when someone wears too much of it at once it can go wrong, but when it's done right it can look absolutely amazing.
I've always had a bit of a thing for leopard print lingerie. To me, it's sexy, daring, fun, and naughty. I have long grown out of my red leopard bra from Ewa Michalak, so I was over the moon when out of the blue they sent me their new leopard print S bra: the S Granatowa Pantera.

Win A Ticket To The Curve Fashion Festival 2015!
Dear readers, I must apologise as it has been some time since my last post. I have been busy with work and doing fun things, such as being a bridesmaid for Georgina from Fuller Figure Fuller Bust blog and attending Style XL. I am even busy as I write - busy being on holiday. I'm in Greece for a week with Georgina and we are making the most of soaking up the sun and recharging our batteries.
However, a fantastic opportunity has come my way and I simply could not wait to share it with you.

Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous Pink Rose Floral on Cream Phoebe Dress 20 and Japanese Black Floral Phoebe Dress 22/24
Lady Voluptuous, Lady V London's plus size line, is doing great things for full-figured women. The range comprises gorgeous dresses and skirts that are exclusively offered in UK sizes 16-32. The garments flatter the figure and are comfortable and practical to wear. I love how the designs have been made with larger ladies in mind, with realistically sized sleeves and armholes, good boob room, and a range of necklines.
One of the newer dresses to be released is the Phoebe (£55; UK sizes 16-32): a fully lined 1950s inspired dress with a flared skirt and built-in petticoat. It comes in a number of pretty prints but for me I was particularly enamoured with these two:

Ewa Michalak S Kicia Szałowa Bra 34KK/75KK and Thong 20/48
I have written many a review of Ewa Michalak lingerie here on my blog. If you're wondering why, it's simply because this brand is the only one I've found so far that fits my large bust, thanks to Ewa's narrow wires and deep cups. It's pretty lucky that the lingerie is also flipping gorgeous, as well as being fun and quirky. Today I am reviewing a set that fits this description perfectly: the S Kicia Szałowa.

Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous Blue Butterfly Cosette Dress 16 and Japanese Blue Cosette Dress 18
As a fan of vintage style clothing I was super excited when Lady V London set up their plus size range, Lady Voluptuous. These clothes are made exclusively in UK sizes 16-32 and they are absolutely gorgeous. I am slowly but surely making my way through the collection and hope to review it in its entirety in the fullness of time, but as I am sure you can appreciate this all takes time and to mix things up I am reviewing other items in between.
Today I will be reviewing the Cosette Dress (£50, UK sizes 16-32).

Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous Pink Lips on Black Full Circle Skirt 16 and Japanese Floral on Black Full Circle Skirt 18
Lady V London's plus size range, Lady Voluptuous, continues to go from strength to strength. The label, which was created in collaboration with my wonderful friend Georgina from Fuller Figure Fuller Bust, boasts a range of dresses in UK sizes 16-32, all of which have been flying off the shelves every time they get restocked. It was fantastic to see them recently release a new item - the Full Circle Skirt - and of course I was quick to buy a couple to try out. At just £35 each, these skirts are superb value.
I wasn't completely sure which size would be best, so I decided to order two different prints, each in a different size. I went for the Pink Lips on Black Full Circle Skirt in size 16, and the Japanese Black Floral Full Circle Skirt in size 18.

Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous Bellatrix Dress 16
I recently reviewed the Medusa dress from the 'Lady Voluptuous' plus size range from Lady V London. This collection was launched only a few weeks ago but it has already made a great impression on the plus size blogging community, and many ladies have already reviewed the dresses from the range.
Today I am reviewing a second dress from the Lady Voluptuous line: the Bellatrix (£45).

Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous Medusa Dress 16
Apologies for being absent from here for the past few weeks; I've been on a fortnight's holiday in the Caribbean, which was wonderful, and, although I took my laptop with me in the hope that I'd get some spare time to write blog posts, I shouldn't have bothered! I didn't get to turn my laptop on once as I was kept busy by my 8 year old niece and 5 year old nephew, so I can't complain as I had lots of fun and we made countless holiday memories. I also wore lots of gorgeous bikinis, which I will be reviewing in the coming weeks.
Since I've been home, I have been feeling rather under the weather, so my blogging ambitions have had to remain on hold for a while longer. Finally I am on the road to recovery and I am delighted to bring you my latest review.
A few weeks ago, my beautiful and incredibly talented pal, Georgina from Fuller Figure Fuller Bust, did something amazing. OK, she does amazing things ALL the time, but this thing was extra special. It's something I've known about for a while and I have found it very hard keeping quiet, so goodness knows how she's managed it! Of course I am talking about the clothing range she has launched in collaboration with Lady V London: Lady Voluptuous.

Pink Clove Pleated Skater Skirt With Contrast Waistband 16
Plus size brand Pink Clove has continued to go from strength to strength since its launch in 2013. Offering a range of fast fashion items in sizes 16-32, their prices are just as attractive as their garments. I own a number of Pink Clove items and still wear items I bought when the brand first launched, including my beloved Red Tartan Skater Dress.
Late last year I was sent a number of items by the lovely Pink Clove PR team, and today I am going to share with you the Pleated Skater Skirt With Contrast Waistband (now sold out in pink but was £14.00, UK sizes 16-28).

Ewa Michalak PL Słowianki Bra 34KK 75KK
In December, I ordered some bras from Polish lingerie brand Ewa Michalak to make the most of a site-wide discount that was in place. I wanted to get my hands on some PL (plunge) bras, and so I added the PL Słowianki Bra to my basket.

Simply Be Extra Curvy Plus Boots - Do You Get What You Pay For?
I have always had wide calves. I inherited my dad's thick rugby player legs and I have always had difficulty getting a decent fit in any kind of trousers or jeans. It doesn't help that I have a 19" difference between my waist and hips (currently at 32" and 51" respectively) but my thighs are also pretty chunky and don't like to be contained by fabrics, especially those of the non-stretch kind. My calves haven't usually caused an issue with leg wear garments, but they most certainly have with boots.
Every autumn I eagerly go to shoe shops and make online orders in a bid to find the perfect knee high boots...but every time I am sorely let down by how the boots fit me in the calf. They simply don't! I have tried all the usual suspects, including Evans, Yours Clothing, and even Duo Boots, but none have given me a perfect fit. They have either not been wide enough in the calf, or the width of the foot area has been insufficient. I know, I know...I have a very awkward body! But I strive to find a decent fit in footwear as well as in clothing, so my search for perfect boots has been a long-lasting one.
I was therefore super excited when Simply Be brought out a range of extra wide calf boots: the Extra Curvy Plus range.

Ewa Michalak SM Czarodziejka Bra 32K/70K
Ewa Michalak has been making the SM bra, which is essentially an unpadded balconette, for over a year now. Some months back I was sent some bras to review and today I will be sharing with you the limited edition SM Czarodziejka Bra (no longer available at Ewa Michalak, but the SM Wróżka is similar):

Ewa Michalak BM Bibi Czarny Tulipan Bra 34K/75K and High Waist Briefs 20/48
I have been reviewing quite a number of Ewa Michalak lingerie items lately, and that's because I placed a fairly large order just before Christmas to make the most of a special discount EM were offering, and I am now working my way through that order with my reviews here on the blog.
When I placed my order, I picked a selection of bras and briefs from those that were discounted, and the set I am reviewing today is the BM Bibi Czarny Tulipan.

Ewa Michalak PL Cappuccino Bra 36KK/80KK and High Waisted Briefs 16/44
Ewa Michalak's PL Cappuccino bra is one I've reviewed in the past; you can read my original post here. However, my boobs have long grown out of the 30L cups I was wearing then, so when I placed an order shortly before Christmas to take advantage of a sale they had on, I wanted to get this bra in a more appropriate size.

Evans Pear Ultra Stretch Skinny Jeans 18
The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed that I have never before reviewed jeans on my blog. There is a simple reason for that: I don't wear jeans because I can't find any that fit me properly.
Yes, I know I am fussy about fit, but why shouldn't I be? The problem is, finding jeans to fit hips that are 19" bigger than the waist is a pretty tough task. Most jeans are cut to fit a 'typical' woman, and I am a million miles away from fitting into that norm. I understand that.
In the past I have considered ordering custom-made jeans over the internet as I don't think even curve-friendly brands like PZI would work for me, but I never ended up going for it as I was sceptical they'd be worth the money (I would have had to order from abroad). I also don't have a desperate need for jeans - I have a wardrobe full of gorgeous frocks; why on earth would I need jeans?! I admit that I didn't want to feel that awful disappointment when you can't find anything that fits, so for my own pride I never searched too hard and so I eventually lost any desire to own denim. An additional put off was that the fashion for jeans and trousers over the past decade has been for them to be 'hipsters', or at best low rise. Such a terrible look for pears and hourglasses, in my opinion, and something that looked absolutely awful on me. However, over the past few years I have had a number of requests from readers who wanted me to review jeans, so it has always been in the back of my mind to get around to doing so one day.
Little did I know that UK plus size fashion retailer Evans held the key to my jeans dreams: the Evans Pear Ultra Stretch Skinny Jeans (£30.00; UK sizes 14-32, in short (71cm/28"), regular (76cm/30"), and long (81cm/32")lengths):

Bravissimo Lola Luxe Basque in Blackberry 36K and Thong XL
Early last year I bought the Bravissimo Lola Luxe Basque in Black/Teal from a friend and reviewed it on my blog. Although the fit was not completely perfect it's a set I am glad to have as it's very pretty and is perfect for those special bedroom occasions.
Last month I was looking on the Bravissimo website to see if there was anything I could review and my search brought me to the Lola Luxe Basque in Blackberry (was £50.00, now reduced to £40.00; UK sizes 30-38 F-K (limited availability)).
