F&F Clothing At Tesco Black Ponte Pencil Skirt 16

Before midi skirts became all the rage, I was looking for a black pencil skirt that I could wear with blouses and tops.  You know the sort of thing - something that skims curves and is stylish and elegant.

I discovered the F&F Clothing at Tesco Black Ponte Pencil Skirt - an absolute steal at only £10.

How to wash lingerie and delicates

I've been meaning to write some 'how to' posts for a while now as many readers have been requesting them and today is the first of what I hope will be a useful series of posts and perhaps even a reference point of sorts.

I'm going to start this series by talking about washing.  It's really crucial to wash all clothing, whether lingerie, delicates or regular items, according to the instructions on the label.  These laundry symbols can be really tricky to decipher but I've found a great site called Super Savvy Me that has a post explaining what they all mean.  I had no idea about some of them so I will be examining my garment labels much more closely from now on to ensure I wash everything as per the instructions to prolong the life of my clothing and lingerie.  I also found this post very useful as it explains how to keep different fabrics in great condition, and this post on how to solve some common laundry issues.

F&F Clothing Limited Edition Ponte Dress Blue/Black

I recently ordered a few dresses from F&F Clothing at Tesco whilst trying to find something suitable to wear to the British Plus-Size Fashion Weekend.

The F&F Limited Edition Ponte Dress in blue/black really caught my eye on the F&F website.

F&F Clothing Julia Peplum Ponte Dress

You may have noticed I've been giving peplum dresses a try lately (you can use the search box on the right to find all my peplum reviews on here if wished).  Peplums are something that until recently I thought were only for women with smaller hips but after trying a few different styles of peplums I must admit that I am quite the fan!

The one thing I hadn't found before was a peplum dress with a v-neck.  I'd seen heaps of peplum dresses with a high neck, a round neck or a slight scoop neck, but nothing at all with a crossover or v-neck.

You can imagine how thrilled I was when I spotted the Julia Peplum Ponte Dress on the F&F Clothing at Tesco website.

F&F Clothing Julia Animal Print Gold Ring Wrap Dress...AND GIVEAWAY!

Just over a week ago I attended The Official British Plus-Size Fashion Weekend on behalf of F&F Clothing (the new name for Clothing at Tesco).  You can read all about my day out here.

As part of the arrangement, the fab team at F&F Clothing kindly provided me with a voucher so that I could buy something from their fabulous clothing range to wear on the day.  I went crazy and ordered a variety of dresses, way outspending the value of my voucher (oops).

Clothing at Tesco: Stella Morgan Ruche Sleeveless Dress

When I was at Plus North in early July, I was fortunate enough to win a £100 online voucher to spend on the Clothing at Tesco website.  I was really excited about this - it's always great to have free clothes!  And I hadn't looked on the Tesco site for some time so I was looking forward to being able to take my pick from the available items.

A few weeks after the event, I sat down and had a good look on the Clothing at Tesco site to decide what I would like to try.  I knew I was looking for a dress from the site and there was a great selection to choose from.

In the end, I went for this beautiful Stella Morgan Ruche Sleeveless Dress:
