Back in the summer last year I was given a dress by the wonderful Georgina from Fuller Figure Fuller Bust. She had been sent some dresses by Excite Clothing and somehow she had ended up with two that were the same, so she very kindly passed the spare one on to me.

It was the 'Aztec' version of the Excite Clothing Printed Short Sleeve Midi Dress (just £12.99, UK sizes 16-28):

A few weeks before Christmas I was in my local Asda Living store and whilst in the queue to pay for my G21 Animal Print Bodycon Dress my attention was drawn towards the changing rooms and this lovely dress caught my eye as it hung on the rail of try-ons. It was the George at Asda Rose Print Midi Dress (£10, UK sizes 8-20):

I love browsing in the clothing sections at my local Asda stores. There's always a great bargain to be had and in these days of 'fast fashion' George at Asda is ideal.

A few weeks ago I saw the G21 Animal Print Bodycon Dress in store and it really grabbed my attention.

For some time now, I have been reading posts by other bloggers about ASOS and ASOS Curve.  Many a lady has looked terrific in their clothing but I had never tried them for myself because I was unsure about sizing.

As you will be well aware by now, I am a fan of bodycon dresses.  I love the way they follow each and every curve of my body and show off my hourglass shape perfectly.  I was recently approached by online shopping brand Marisota to review an item for them and of course I chose a bodycon dress:

Clothing at Tesco Julia Support Ponte Wrap Dress

A few weeks ago I was browsing the Clothing at Tesco website to see what dresses they had available for this season.  I was spoilt for choice - so many gorgeous numbers!

I love this F&F Burnout Wrap Dress.

It's available in black (pictured above) and purple (although I would describe it as more of a burgundy colour), and at only £25 a pop it's a great budget option for all those Christmas parties coming up in the weeks ahead!  It would also be suitable for daytime work wear as it's subtle and the skirt is of a modest length.

This F&F Limited Edition Lace Prom Dress is almost too pretty for words!

M & Co Dresses: Summer 2012

Ok ok...so it's rather late in the season to be posting 'summer' dress reviews.  But I wanted to share these with you as examples of some of the great things high street and online retailer M & Co have on offer.

I visited the Tenterden store a little while ago and received excellent customer service from Charlotte who was looking after the changing rooms at the time.  She was sweet and helpful and even paid me compliments on the dresses I was trying on, bless her!

Marisota Coleen Nolan Ruffle Dress

I was recently contacted by Marisota to see if I wanted to review something from their Autumn/Winter collection for this year and of course I jumped at the chance.  It's always so flattering to be asked to do this and seeing as I had been eyeing up several items I knew I would have a great selection to choose from.
