Curvy Kate Shockwave Padded Bikini Top 34K and Adjustable Short 20
Full-busted lingerie brand Curvy Kate has become my go-to brand for swimwear over the past few years, and I am gradually building up my collection of their bikinis. Back in December I went to Mexico for a week's holiday and I bought myself a few pieces from CK's past collections to take on the trip. Today I will be reviewing the Shockwave Bikini (Spring/Summer 2015).

Panache Cleo Kali Purple Babydoll 34J and Thong 18
I do love a babydoll. Admittedly, as a single woman I don't get to wear them very often, but I love them all the same. They are cute and fun and sexy, and although they hide my waist - something I usually like to emphasise - I love how the skirt fabric hides what lies beneath.
When my friend Hayley at Curves 'n' Curls blog told me about a purple babydoll - the Panache Cleo Kali - she was being sent to review I was green (not purple) with envy. I got in touch with the lovely folks at Panache and they very kindly offered to send me one too so that we could do a joint review, so do be sure to check out Hayley's review here.

Curvy Kate Moonflower Black Floral Padded Bikini Top 34K and Ruched Back Brief 20
A brand I can always rely on for great-looking bra-sized swimwear is Curvy Kate. They make a wide range of styles, colours, and prints, and any time I need a new bikini they are one of the first brands I'll check out.
Just before my holiday to the Greek island of Zakynthos back in late August I was thrilled when the lovely ladies at CK sent me the Moonflower Black Floral Bikini.

Panache Swim Elle Tropical Print Balconnet Bikini Top 34J and Classic Briefs 18
Goodness me, it's been a very long time since I last wrote a proper blog post. 2015 has been incredibly busy, both personally and professionally, and so I had to put a hold on blogging for a while. That's always awkward when brands have sent items to review, but fortunately I work with some really fantastic brands who are very understanding and patient. I have tried to keep a presence on social media so that I didn't completely disappear, so do make sure you are following me on all my channels to keep up to date with me (links to these are at the top of the right hand sidebar).
I have quite a few swimwear and lingerie pieces that I need to review so that's what I intend to focus on for these first few posts.
Lingerie brand Panache not only sell some gorgeous underwear, but they also make bra-sized swimwear in a range of colours, prints, and cuts. Before my Caribbean holiday earlier this year they very kindly sent me a few bikinis to try, and today I am reviewing the Panache Swim Elle Tropical Print Balconnet Bikini.

Curvy Kate Luau Love Flamingo Pink Padded Bikini Top 34K and High Waist Brief 22
If you're looking for bra-sized swimwear, a great brand to try is Curvy Kate. Their swimwear collections get better every year and the 2015 collection is just fabulous. I was sent a couple of bikini sets for my recent Caribbean holiday to the Dominican Republic and today I will be sharing with you my thoughts on the Luau Love Padded Bikini (£35, 30-40 D-K) and High Waist Brief (£25, UK 8-22).

Panache Swim Tallulah Purple Animal Balconnet Bikini Top 34J and Fold Pant 20
It's been a couple of weeks since I last posted, so apologies for that. I have had quite a busy month and I just haven't been able to find time to sit down and blog. However, today I am back and as we are fast approaching summer here in the UK I wanted to bring you a swimwear review.
I have been sent a number of bikinis recently and I will be reviewing them all here on Curvy Wordy over the next few weeks. In this post I will be reviewing the Panache Tallulah Purple Animal Balconnet Bikini and Fold Pant.

Ewa Michalak S Kamea 36KK/80KK and Briefs 20/48
Every woman needs a basic black bra in her lingerie drawer. A bra that's just right for wearing under dark clothes for work and also perfect beneath a little black dress on a night out. However, a basic black bra doesn't need to be plain or dull, and today I am reviewing a set of lingerie that is anything but: the Ewa Michalak S Kamea.

Ewa Michalak Koszulka Babydoll Nostalgia 36KK 80KK and Thong 20/48
Back in January this year I was sent a number of items from Polish lingerie brand Ewa Michalak. It's taken me some time to pull together the photos and write up these reviews, but I hope you'll agree it was worth the wait as today I share with you my review of the Koszulka Babydoll Nostalgia.

Kix'ies Thigh Highs Hold Ups: Brooke LeAnne, Sam, and Lois
Being a keen wearer of hold-ups, Kix'ies is a brand I have been aware of for some time. They are based in the USA and are the brainchild of Samantha DeMartini, who came up with the idea after an embarrassing tights-related experience as a teenager. You can read Samantha's full story here. Particularly of note is the fact that a proportion of the profit from all Kix'ies sales goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - what a great initiative!

Ewa Michalak Babydoll For You! 32KK 70KK
Quite a few months ago I was sent a parcel from the wonderful Ewa Michalak. This parcel contained a wealth of lingerie goodies that I was itching to share with you, but unfortunately real life got in the way and as explained here I was forced to take a few months' break from blogging. So this post is long overdue and comes with huge apologies to Ewa and her team.
Possibly the most exciting item this wondrous parcel contained was the Ewa Michalak Babydoll For You!

Ewa Michalak S Grace Bra 32KK/70KK
Polish bra designer Ewa Michalak makes a range of bras in different cuts and styles. There's pretty much something for everyone and with some of the newer releases there seems to be something for every occasion.
A few months ago came the introduction of the 'Grace' collection; lingerie that was ideal for bridal wear.

Bravissimo Lola Luxe Basque in Black/Teal 32K and Briefs XL
I am always on the look-out for lingerie other than bras and knickers. In the J+ cup size range there are sadly very few options available so when something comes up I am always incredibly keen to give it a try.
A few months ago a friend of mine sold me her nearly new Bravissimo Lola Luxe Basque in Black/Teal (sells new for £50.00 in sizes 28 DD-J and 30-38 DD-K) with brand new matching briefs and thong. I had checked the item on the Bravissimo website and had fallen head over heels in love with its design and colours:

Ewa Michalak S Bambino Bra 32KK/70KK
Today it's time for my first Ewa Michalak bra review of 2014. Towards the end of last year, I reviewed three other bras from the 'S' range (S Porcelanka, S Satine, S Szykuś) and I love them all for their excellent shape and uplift. This time I am going to share with you the S Bambino.

Ewa Michalak S Satine Bra 32KK/70KK
A few days ago I posted my review of the Ewa Michalak S Porcelanka. The 'S' bra is kind of like a padded balconette that centres the breasts on one's chest and projects them forwards. You might be thinking, 'Well, isn't that what a bra is supposed to do?' Actually, bras do lots of different things to boobs (especially larger boobs) so it's important to know what type of bra suits your boobs best.
Today's review is the Ewa Michalak S Satine.

Ewa Michalak S Porcelanka Bra 32KK/70KK
Earlier this year, Polish lingerie manufacturer Ewa Michalak brought out the new 'S' bra: a fabulously shaped bra that is ideal for women with softer or 'difficult' breasts. This bra is designed to keep the breasts very much at the front of the body, so it seemed like a great option for me with my 'up front' boobs.
I reviewed the first S bra, the S Wiśniówka, back in June this year and although I loved the shape and support it gave me, the 32K was too small and frustratingly the 32KK was a smidge too big! I also found that the cups gave almost full coverage, which is not what I was after at all. That said, it turns out that the S Wiśniówka 32KK is a bra I have ended up wearing a lot, especially under higher neckline clothing.
I was recently given the opportunity to try some of Ewa Michalak's latest bra designs and today I am going to share with you my review of the S Porcelanka.

Ewa Michalak SM Margot Bra 32KK/70KK and Briefs 18/46
Today I am incredibly excited to bring you what I believe to be the world's first blog review of the Ewa Michalak SM Margot!
I have written many a review of Ewa Michalak's padded bras here on my blog since I got started. If you're a regular reader you will be very familiar with my love for her bras and how much I adore the rounded, uplifted shape they give me, along with the superb support provided by her beautiful-looking lingerie.
Being in the K-L cup range means that I have very little choice when it comes to lingerie so Ewa Michalak has been somewhat of a godsend to me. I can't buy bras on the high street and although I occasionally find a UK branded bra that works for me more often than not there is some kind of compromise with fit.
It was such a revelation to me when I finally discovered Ewa Michalak bras around two years ago and I could not believe the magical powers they had to transform my boobs from looking ok into show-stopping! Surely it's impossible for boobs as large and as heavy as mine to look pert, rounded and - if I say so myself - pretty amazing? Well, Ewa Michalak has indeed achieved the impossible and all my bra dreams came true at once as not only did I discover that she made magical bras but also ones that LOOK beautiful.

Ewa Michalak PL Cappuccino Bra 30L/65L and High Briefs 16/44
I have been fortunate enough to have had the Ewa Michalak PL Cappuccino set in my possession for quite some time now and I have been wearing it so much that I hadn't got round to taking photos for a review! That probably says all you need to know about this set - it's a firm favourite of mine and now it's time for me to tell you all about it.
