Earlier this year, I attended the inaugural British Plus Size Fashion Weekend. During the main event on the Saturday, I got the opportunity to speak with a number of plus size fashion brands from all over the world.
One of the brands who were particularly friendly and easy to talk to were Lucabella, who had come all the way from New Zealand in order to attend the event. To me, that demonstrates their commitment to working with plus size women to produce clothing that works for them and, having spoken to the team, I can confirm their passion to make a success of their brand.

Evans Black Embellished Kaftan
A few weeks ago I was approached by Evans to see if I'd like to review something from their swimwear range. Unfortunately I was sized out of their bikinis, swimdresses and swimsuits because I need a small back and large cup (Evans swimwear is available in dress sizes 14-32 and in cup sizes C-D, DD-E and F-G) so I would have found them too large in the back but too small in the cup.

IGIGI By Yuliya Raquel Natasha Dress
Back in the summer I was lucky enough to review the gorgeous Naime maxi dress from IGIGI By Yuliya Raquel. It was so beautiful and the fabric so luxurious that ever since I have been itching to get my hands on more from this brand.
I was contacted a few weeks ago by the lovely people at IGIGI who offered me the chance to try a dress from their latest collection. I went with the Siren dress in Tanzanite but unfortunately it ended up being too small on my boobs and too big on the waist.
Not to be beaten, IGIGI very kindly said I could try something else and after some advice from Yuliya Raquel herself it was agreed that I should try the Natasha dress in size 12 US/16 UK with an Obi Belt to bring in the waist.
