Forever 21+ Swimwear 2018: Plus Size Bird & Leaf Print One-Piece Swimsuit

Today's review from the Forever 21+ 2018 UK swimwear collection is the Plus Size Bird & Leaf Print One-Piece Swimsuit.

I am a big fan of prints generally, but this one featuring toucans, parrots and greenery really caught my eye. Anything evocative of holidays and tropical climates is a winner in my book.

I ordered the swimsuit in a 0X, which is labelled as a UK 18. I would say it comes up more like a UK 14/16.

This style/cut is one I have reviewed twice before in this series of reviews: here at the Plus Size Leaf Print One-Piece Swimsuit and here at the Plus Size Tropical Print One-Piece.

So it's a style I am becoming accustomed to, and I have to say it has grown on me.

When I first tried it I felt it was far too low cut and I wouldn't be comfortable wearing it, but actually I quite like it now and I am not sure what's changed to make me feel this way. Maybe it's the fab print? I absolutely adore it.

So the front of the swimsuit is, as I said, very low cut, so there is no boob support from underwires or a hidden boob shelf. Just cleavage city!

The straps are thin but adjustable, and they cross over on the back so they are very comfortable to wear.

I feel like there was a bit more boob room in this swimming costume than in the others of the same design. I didn't measure the swimsuits to check this or anything, but it's something I noticed when trying them on and when looking at the subsequent photos.

It definitely could have done with more room in the bust for me, but it wasn't a terrible fit. In fact, if you're busty and looking for a one-piece that will provide good opportunity for tannage (that's not even a word) on the upper torso, this is a great option.

This swimsuit isn't cut quite as skimpily on the rear as others I have reviewed, but it's not frumpy, either. Just good coverage without being full cut. And I really like the fact the back isn't cut too low as I hate the feeling that my butt crack might be on display.

In conclusion, this is a fantastic swimsuit and if I were looking to buy a one piece I would seriously consider this option. It comes highly recommended by me.

This swimsuit costs just £25 and you can buy it here.
